One of the double garages will be available to the tenant. A sparkling swimming pool is set in a tranquil garden for those hot summers days. Unfortunately no pets are allowed.
The owners domestic servant can be arranged upon prior arrangement @ R100 per day extra. Guests must please bring their own beach towels and an iron.
Tenants must please leave the house in the same condition as they found it.
